(i)           
To approve the provision of a young people centre at
Henfield Leisure Centre and

 
(ii)          
To delegate authority to the Director of Place in
consultation with the Head of Legal and Democratic Services to
complete any required legal documentation to give effect to the
provision of the young people centre
