out in Appendix A to this report be adopted.
 
REASON
 
i)              
To ensure compliance with legislative requirements; and

 
ii)             
To ensure openness and transparency in the Council’s decision
making.
 
 
ALTERNATIVE OPTIONS CONSIDERED BUT REJECTED AS
IDENTIFIED IN THE REPORT
 
To comply with the Act a Statement of
Licensing Policy must be published so there is no alternative.
