RESOLVED
 
The proposed amendments to our current
pre-application service offering and introduce a post refusal
pre-application enquiry option on a temporary basis be
approved.

To approve our proposed fee changes to be in place from January
2025 as set out in Appendix 1
 
ALTERNATIVE OPTIONS CONSIDERED BUT REJECTED AS
IDENTIFIED IN THE REPORT
 
Maintaining the current pre application
service offering and fees. This would result in the continued
current level of delivery of the service which can fall short of
our desired response times. Not altering the fees themselves would
prevent us offering a more competitive service which could support
local businesses and homeowners, as well as a loss of income on the
larger time-consuming projects.
