Cabinet noted progress to date with the programmes within the
People Portfolio as set out in Appendix 1 of the submitted
report;
·      
Cabinet approved closure of the Radical Overhaul of Consultation
and Engagement (ROCE) programme, noting how implementation of the
Council’s new engagement hub model will now take place
through business as usual
operations;
·      
Cabinet approved closure of the Independent Living programme,
noting the outcomes delivered, the transition of activity to
business as usual operations and the
return of £250,000 of unused budget to the One Hounslow
Transformation Reserve;
·      
Cabinet noted the addition of the End-to-End Housing Repairs
project to the People Portfolio;
·      
Cabinet noted progress to date with the projects within the Place
Portfolio as set out in Appendix 4 of the submitted report;

Cabinet noted progress to date with the projects within the Capital
Portfolio as set out in Appendix 5 of the submitted report;
