Following discussion on the motion related to
Rogue Landlords, Borough Council resolved:
•      
To publicise successful legal action against landlords and lettings
agents, which will act as a deterrent to bad landlords and raise
the awareness of landlords duties and responsibilities.
•      
To encourage residents to engage with the on-going consultation on
the new proposed scheme to extend mandatory licensing requirements
for smaller HMOs, which aims to improve the management and
standards of HMOs in the Borough,
•      
To continue to work with the Mayor of London and the Government to
increase funding to London and its Boroughs for the delivery of
affordable homes.
