Cabinet agreed to authorise the
Director of Asset Strategy to enter into a revised Contract for
Services between the Council and Coalo
Ltd for a period of 5 years with effect from 30 June 2025 until 30
June 2030, with an option to extend for a further five years on the
terms set out in the draft Contract for Services attached as
Appendix 1 of the submitted report, subject to such amendments as
they may consider reasonable and prudent.
