Apologies for absence were received from
Councillors Afzaal Kiani and Jagdish Sharma.  Apologies for lateness were received from
Councillors Junue Meah and Shantanu Rajawat.
 
In the absence of both Chair and Vice-Chair
Cllr Shivraj Grewal nominated Cllr John Todd as Chair, seconded by
Cllr Adesh Farmahan.  He was approved
unanimously and chaired the meeting for the duration.
 
Union Representative Riaz Haq and
Employers’ Representative John Wiffen attended virtually.
