That Councillor Tom Bruce, Deputy Leader of the Council and Portfolio holder for Assets, Regeneration and Development:
· Approved the temporary expansion of Cedars Special School to establish KS3 and KS4 provision, increasing the number of specialist secondary places within the Borough.
· Approved the allocation of £1.295m capital funding to design and deliver the required accommodation.
· Approved the direct contract award to Portakabin Ltd.
