Cabinet approved and adopted the Asset Management Strategy (AMS)
covering the period 2024/25 to 2028/29 and the Year One Action Plan
included within the Strategy at Appendix 1 of the submitted
report.
·      
Cabinet approved an implementation budget for the Year One Action
Plan of the AMS up to £1m to be funded from the One Hounslow
Place earmarked reserve, to provide the resources required to
deliver the Year One Action Plan as detailed within paragraphs 4.1
- 4.4 of the submitted report.
·      
Cabinet delegated authority to the Executive Director for
Regeneration Housing and Environment in consultation with the Lead
Member for Regeneration and Development to implement the Strategy
and take actions necessary to deliver the Year One Action Plan,
including the procurement of professional advisors and associated
specialist services.
