Cabinet agreed the recommended Option 2 in the
submitted report – the development of a strategic approach to
support the changing educational landscape as schools embark on
their journey of potential multiple academisation.
2.   
Cabinet approved the allocation of £130,000 of
funding from transformation reserves to deliver the work to deliver
the recommended Option 2.
3.   
Cabinet agreed to bring to December’s Cabinet,
outline of developed vision and approach of how to proceed on the
journey of change, presenting the supporting business case for
approval.
4.   
Cabinet delegated authority to the Executive
Director of Children’s and Adults’ Services to take or
delegate the operational steps required to implement these
recommendations, and those flowing directly from it.
