forthe Saleof Alcoholfrom 23:00each dayto 22:40each day.

Toimpose thefollowing

The
Premises Licence Holder shall ensure that all customers have left
the Premises by 23:00 each day. Customers are not permitted to
remain on or beat thePremises betweenthe hoursof 23:00and 12:00the
followingday.

Nonoise
generatedon thepremises, orby itsassociated plantor equipment,
shall emanate from the premises nor vibration be transmitted
through the structure of the premises, which gives rise to a
nuisance.

Loudspeakersshall notbe inthe entranceand exitof

Allseating
inthe OutsideSeating Areaas shownon theLicensing Planshall be

Premises Licence Holder shall ensure that any customers using the
OutsideSeating Areaas shownon theLicensing Planare monitoredby
staff to ensure that they do not cause a nuisance.

maintaina policy for managing the use of the Outside Seating Area.
This policy shall address how the Premises Licence Holder will
ensure that the area is used in a way thatdoes notnegatively
impactthe LicensingObjectives. Acopy ofthe policy (which may be
electronic) shall be kept at the Premises and made available to
Responsible Authority Officers upon request.

ThePremises LicenceHolder shalldevise, implement,and
maintaina policy fordispersal fromthe Premises.This policyshall
addresshow thePremises Licence Holderwill ensurethat dispersalfrom
thePremises willbe conducted ina waythat doesnot negativelyimpact
theLicensing Objectives.A copyof the policy(which maybe
electronic)shall bekept atthe Premisesand made available to
