Purpose

The report is intended to update
Members on the annual refresh of the Corporate Plan for 2023-2028
and to present actions and operational performance indicators for
2024/25 to Council for approval.

Decision

The Cabinet has
recommended to Council the endorsement of the refreshed Corporate
Plan for 2023-2028 (as attached at Appendix 1 of the report now
submitted).
