Purpose

To update Members on the refresh of the Corporate Plan for 2023-2028 and presents the actions and performance indicators for 2026/27 to Council for approval.

Decision

The Cabinet has

(1)  endorsed the refreshed Corporate Plan to Council (Appendix A); and

(2)  endorsed the Key Performance Indicators to Council (Appendix D).
