Purpose

A combined hackney carriage/private hire
driver failed to provide the Council with an up to date DBS
disclosure. In line with legislation and Council Policy the
decision has been taken to immediately suspend the license.

Decision

To suspend a combined hackney carriage and
private hire driver’s licence.
 
Reason:
Failure to provide an up to date DBS
disclosure.
