Purpose

Following open tender returns,
the report recommends to the Portfolio Holder for Place the
appointment of a main contractor to undertake external stone repair
and scaffolding works to St Lawrence Church.

Decision

To authorise the
Assistant Director of Place, in consultation with the Heads of
Legal and Procurement, to award a contract for the works required
to St Lawrence Church to the contractor listed as CM1 in Exempt
Appendix 1 of the report.
 
Reason: To enable the works required to
St Lawrence Church to be carried out.
