Purpose

Four serious allegations of dishonesty have
been received by the Council against a Combined Hackney Carriage
and Private Hire Driver.

Decision

The evidence
demonstrates that the driver does not comply with the fit and
proper person test within the Hackney Carriage and Private Hire
Licensing Policy. In the interest in protecting the public the
drivers licence has been revoked.
