Purpose

The Portfolio Holder is requested to approve a
change to the original Executive approved days when Christchurch
Mansion will be closed to the public from Tuesdays and Wednesdays
to Thursdays and Fridays weekly.
 

Decision

That the decision of
Executive on 10 September 2024 in relation to the opening hours of
Christchurch Mansion be amended in accordance with Option 3,
Paragraph 4.4 of the report, and the Director for Operations and
Place, in consultation with the Leader and Portfolio Holder for
Museums, be authorised to take all necessary steps to effect this
change.
 
Reason: To ensure the Museum Service
can operate on the approved budget and to do so with consideration
for current usage levels.
