Purpose

Idox Ltd software, commonly known as Uniform,
is a data base for recording and managing planning
applications/enforcement/condition discharges/actions/land-based
constraints. Ipswich Borough Council’s Planning, Land Charges
and Building Control departments all utilise the Idox Uniform
software.
 
This software has been procured through the
Crown Commercial Services Framework In accordance with paragraph
3.8.1 of the Constitution.

Decision

To enter into a new three-year contract for
Uniform at a total cost of £188,703.
 
Reason:
To enable the recording and management of
planning applications, enforcement, condition discharges, action
and land-based constraints.
