Purpose

Housemark provide data insight, forecasting
and market comparison for Social Housing providers. Work that is
required to support Housing Regulatory compliance which cannot be
achieved inhouse.
 
Due to the specific nature of the service
required, Housemark are the unique provider available for the
industry.
 
Housemark will monitor the services
performance measures, present our position in the context of
current sector trends, and identify ways to create capacity,
deliver change, and boost productivity plus efficiency.

Decision

To award a three year contract to Housemark
for £12,820 per year.
 
Reason:
To ensure that the Council’s Housing
Service can access professional advice and guidance in support of
regulatory compliance and service improvement.
