driver failed to provide the Council with a medical certificate.
Which contravenes the requirements of the Taxi and Private Hire
Policy. Therefore, the drivers licence has been suspended with
immediate effect.

Decision

To suspend a combined hackney carriage/private
hire driver’s licence with immediate effect.
 
Reason:
Failure to provide a medical certificate.
