Purpose

An open procurement process using Suffolk
e-sourcing was completed for the services of a consultant to
provide completion of energy performance certificate (EPC) for
Ipswich Borough Council which will ensure we continue to comply
with legal compliance and building regulations.
 
The information will further assist for
planning and implementing any future retrofit or decarbonisation
projects which could reduce energy bills for tenants and the
organisations overall carbon footprint.
 
The decision was taken to award the contract
to Compliance 100 with a value of £137,312.00 over a 12-month
period.
 
The overall tender was evaluated on selection
criteria of 60% price and 40% quality.
