Purpose
The Council has to
agreed to undertake Fire Risk
Assessments to its General Needs flat blocks every 3-years and to
its specialised housing sites (Sheltered Housing and Homeless
Family Units) every year. We have now reached the time that these
need to be re-assessed.
Decision
To appoint Ashby Fire Safety to undertake the
Fire Risk Assessments for the sum of £86,820 following a
competitive tender exercise.

Housing Units and Homeless Family Units are assessed for fire
