Purpose

An open procurement process using Suffolk
e-sourcing was completed for the services of a consultant to
provide building surveying services for Ipswich Borough
Council’s Maintenance and Contracts.
 
The decision was taken to award the contract
to Compliance 100 with a value of £140,494.00 and an initial
contract term of 36-months with a 12-month extension funded from
existing budgets.
 
The overall tender was evaluated on selection
criteria of 60% price and 40% quality.
