A procurement exercise has been completed for an external consultant to produce updated Conservation Area Appraisals and Management Plans for the Wet Dock, Central and Stoke Conservation Areas.

Decision

The procurement was an open competitive tendering exercise and was advertised on Suffolk e-sourcing and attracted seven bids.

Following an extensive evaluation process, the successful contractor was Cotswold Archaeology, with the award based on both price and quality.

The value of the contract award was £48,912.
