Purpose

The Council requires a regular supply of metal
wheeled bins for residential and commercial use.
 
The metal wheeled bins required range 660 ltr
to 1100 ltr black (residual), blue (recycling).
 
ESPO framework 860_22 for wheeled bins has
been selected for immediate supply.
 
Storm Environmental Ltd has been selected as
providing the most economically advantageous solution with a
maximum contract value of £115,000 for 12 months with an
agreed order schedule in place quarterly.
 
This contract will be funded from the existing
Capital budget for the supply of wheeled bins.

Decision

To award the contract to Storm Environmental
Ltd for the supply of the metal bins.
 
Reason:
To enable the Council to continue to supply
residents and trade customers with metal wheeled bins.
