Purpose

The Council requires a regular supply of 140
Litre and 240 Litre plastic wheeled bins for residential and
commercial use.
 
ESPO framework 860_22 for wheeled bins has
been selected for immediate supply.
 
The supplier selected as providing the most
economically advantageous solution is - One51 ES Plastics (UK) Ltd
with a maximum contract value of £60,000 for 12 months with
an agreed order schedule in place quarterly.
 
This contract will be funded from the existing
Capital budget for the supply of wheeled bins.

Decision

To award a contract to One51 ES Plastics (UK)
Ltd.
 
Reason:
To enable the Council to continue to supply
residents and trade customers with plastic wheeled bins.
