Purpose

The report seeks authority for
the Council enter into a contract through a direct award, via an
existing national framework, for the use of its current Repairs and
Asset Management systems, Civica Servitor / Keystone / DRS, for a
period up to three years.

Decision

Decision: That the
Portfolio Holder for Housing authorises the Assistant Director for
Housing, in consultation with the Section 151 Officer, Head of
Legal Services, Head of Procurement and Portfolio Holder for
Resources, to enter into a contract of
three years with Civica through Direct
Award of an existing Housing ICT Software System.
 
Reason: To enable the service
to retain its existing software and comply with procurement
regulations.
