Purpose

To consider any changes in
governance required to the Council’s wholly owned companies,
and to determine any matter that Executive has reserved to itself
within the governance structures for its wholly owned
companies.

Decisions:
 
That
the Leader of the Council:
 
1.      
Appoints:

a)            
Councillor David Ellesmere to the board
of Handford Homes Limited with
immediate effect.
b)           
Councillor David Ellesmere to the board
of Ipswich Borough Assets Limited with immediate
effect.
c)            
Councillor Cathy Frost to the boards of
IPSERV Ltd and IPSERV Direct Services Limited with immediate
effect.

2.       Approves the
commercial transaction as set out in Exempt Appendix B.

good governance arrangements for the Council owned
companies.
