13.1 Amending the time allowed for
members of the public to speak in
the Planning and Orders Committee
It was RESOLVED to
recommend to the Executive that the time that members of the public
are allowed to speak in the Planning and Orders Committee be
changed from 3 minutes to 5 minutes.
