7.1  HHP/2023/51 –
Full application for demolition of the existing garage together
with the erection of a two storey annex at Lancefield, Ffordd Cynlas,
Benllech

 

It was RESOLVED to refused the application contrary to the
Officer’s recommendation as it was deemed:-

that the application is
over-development of the site;

·     
over-looking over the
neighbouring property;

·     
that NRW’s response to
the consultation was incorrect as it shows on their flood risk maps
that the dwelling is located within a risk of flooding.
