The minutes of the previous meeting of the
Planning and Orders Committee held on 7 June, 2023 were confirmed
as correct, subject to an amendment in the Welsh version of the
minutes at 12.1 that Councillor Geraint Bebb proposed approval of the recommendation of
approval and Councillor Liz Wood seconded the proposal.
