Councillor Neville Evans declared a personal and prejudicial interest in application 12.1 – Parc Solar Traffwll, Llanfihangel yn Nhowyn as he is against the location of solar farms on agricultural land.  As a Local Member he presented the comments made by Bryngwran Community Council to the Committee and left the meeting thereafter during discussion and voting thereon.

Councillor Kenneth P Hughes declared a personal and prejudicial interest in application 12.1 – Parc Solar Traffwll, Llanfihangel yn Nhowyn as he is against the location of solar farms on agricultural land and had predetermined his decision.  Following legal advice, he left the meeting during discussion and voting thereon.
