It was RESOLVED to approve the application in accordance with the
Officer’s recommendation, subject to the planning conditions
contained within the written report.

– Full application for the erection of 54 new dwellings,
construction of new vehicular access and road together with soft
and hard landscaping on land adjacent to Cae Rhos, Porthdafarch Road, Holyhead

 

It was RESOLVED to approve the application in accordance with the
Officer’s recommendation, subject to the planning conditions
contained within the written report and a section 106 agreement to
secure affordable housing.

surface water management system to serve the adjoining residential
development previously approved under planning application

It was RESOLVED to approve the application in accordance with the
Officer’s recommendation, subject to the planning conditions

submit the information after commencement of work on site and

It was RESOLVED to approve the application in accordance with the
