Purpose

To seek approval to proceed
with the LEVI project, the associated procurement and delegated
authority to Strategic Director for Community Services for the
award of the contract.

That Cabinet
approves commencement of the procurement as set out within the
report.
 
That delegated
authority to award the concession contract is given to the
Strategic Director for Community Services in consultation with the
Director of Finance & S151 Officer for the IWC, subject to
approval of OZEV.
