Purpose
The Yarmouth Community Foundation (“the
Foundation”) were selected as preferred bidder on 14 March
2024 (Cabinet approval) subject to further approval being given of
the detailed terms of sale when agreed between IWC and the
Foundation. Terms have now been agreed and therefore approval is
being sought for these via cabinet member delegated decision.
