Purpose

To agree the Isle of Wight Local Nature
Recovery Strategy (LNRS) and recommend to Full Council that the
LNRS is approved.

Content

To approve the Isle of Wight Local Nature
Recovery Strategy (LNRS), provided as Background Papers A, B, C
& D to the report; and
 
publish the LNRS in accordance with
The Environment (Local Nature Recovery Strategies) (Procedure)
Regulations 2023
 
To delegate any final editorial and
presentational changes to the Isle of Wight Local Nature Recovery
Strategy prior to publication to the Strategic Director of
Communities, so long as they do not materially alter the intention
of the version agreed by Cabinet.
