Purpose

The draft Isle of Wight Education Strategy was
published in July 2024 and comments / feedback / suggestions for
change are being received until the end of calendar year 2024. The
strategy will then be finalised for approval by Cabinet.

Content

To adopt the Isle of Wight Education
Strategy.
 
To delegate to the Strategic Director for
Childrens Services and Education the authority to make any minor
changes to the strategy, in consultation with the Cabinet member
for Childrens Services and Education and which do not materially
affect the content of the document.
