The terms of the sale and approval to sell the
freehold, and approval to enter into a grant agreement with the
purchaser.

Content

To sell the former Weston Academy site to the
preferred bidder based on the offer attached at exempt Appendix 2,
to pay the preferred bidder the BLRF grant available for this site,
and to delegate approval of the final terms of the sale to the
Deputy Leader and Cabinet Member for Housing and Finance.
