Content

To approve in principle the disposal of the
former Yarmouth CE Primary School site to bidder D based on the
proposal attached at exempt Appendix 2, subject to Department for
Education Section 77 consent being granted and heads of terms being
agreed, and to delegate approval of the final terms of the sale to
the Deputy Leader and Cabinet Member for Housing and Finance.
