That Cabinet adopt the Empty
Property Strategy (Residential) as attached at Appendix 1 and
delegate authority for minor amendments to the Director - Adult Social Care and Housing Needs in consultation
with the Cabinet Member for Adult Services & Housing, Public
Health and Homelessness.
