About

The Pension Board assists Kensington and Chelsea Council in ensuring the proper governance and administration of the Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS). It works to secure compliance with LGPS regulations and any requirements from the Pensions Regulator. The Board's role is defined by the Public Service Pensions Act 2013 and LGPS Governance Regulations 2013. It is composed of six members: three employer representatives and three scheme member representatives. The Board makes recommendations to the Investment Committee.
