Purpose

This Forward Plan report covers two separate
decision points in relation to the procurement of external cyclical
and redecoration works at 14 Colville Square, London, W11
2BQ. 

The two decisions required are:

Procurement Strategy – The decision to commence the
procurement activity which will allow the tender documents to be
published, and;

 

Contract
Award – The decision to award and sign the
contract

Decision

The
Executive Director has AGREED to approve:
(i)            
The award of the contract for delivery of urgent fire safety works
at 14 Colville Square to Seville Developments Ltd. (company number
05543266); against a contract period of 16 weeks, for a contract
value of £447,796.04 (excluding VAT), in line with the
Project Union Framework Construction Works Lot 1 capped rates.
(ii)           
A client-held contingency as set out in the exempt (Part B)
appendix.
