The decision to commence the procurement activity which will allow
the tender documents to be published, and; 
 

Decision

The
Executive Director AGREED to approve the sourcing strategy for the
procurement for Phase 1 works comprising the installation of block
level heat meters to existing heating and hot water services to
comply with current regulations including but not limited to the
Heat Network (Metering and Biling) Regulations 2014. This work
includes adjustment to existing heating and hot water pipe work and
connection to electrical supplies from within plantrooms. The
forecast contract sum is £450,000.00 exclusive of VAT and
£540,000.00 inclusive of VAT.
