Purpose
Approval is sought to run a
single tender for several older persons’ day opportunities

Lead Member AGREED:
(i)
To proceed with the procurement strategy for Older People’s
Day Opportunities in RBKC following consultation with the Executive
Director of Adult Social Care and Public Health as set out in this
report.
(ii)
The proposed contract term of five (5) years with optional 2+2
years extension giving a total contract term of nine (9) years.
(iii)
The estimated contractual values of:
a.
annual value of £1,364,163.
b.
maximum contract value over the period requested (five-year
contract term + up to four years extension) of
£12,277,017.
