Purpose

This decision will give
approval to undertake several procurements, via a framework, for a
number of Social Investment and Property (SIP) professional
services contracts. These are all short-term contracts and will act
as an interim measure whilst SIP works to design a Social
Investment and Property Internal Consultancy Framework for a longer
term solution.

Executive Director AGREED the approval of the procurement strategy
to procure various consultancy appointments for Social Investment
and Property by way of further competition or direct award via the
Notting Hill Genesis Development Consultants Framework Agreement
for an estimated total value of £1,450,000 (including VAT)
