Purpose

This covers the second decision
point in connection with the procurement of Quantity Surveying
Services to support the management and delivery of the Housing
Management Capital Investment Programme. The Contract Award stage
which is formal contract award stage.
 

Decision

The
Executive Director AGREED to approve the award of the contract for
the provision of key personnel to support, advise and manage a wide
range of cost management and quantity surveying matters for the
Housing Management Department to W. Elsom Quantity Surveying
Services Ltd (Company No 12998218) for an estimated value of
£740,080 excluding VAT (£888,096 including VAT) for two
years, with a possibility to extend for a further two (2) one year
extensions amounting to a total potential estimated value of
£1,480,160 excluding VAT for all four (4) years.
