Purpose

This decision is to approve the
necessary interim arrangements to continue essential Hard FM
services for provision of our Statutory Testing and Inspections,
Planned and Reactive Maintenance, Time Bound Repairs and associated
works, during this period.
 

Decision

The
Lead Member for Property, Parks and Leisure:

 

1.   
GRANTED a waiver to
the Council’s Contract Regulations regarding the extension
for the Delivery of Hard FM Services to Bellrock Property and
Facilities Management Limited (Company Number 03075427).

 

2.   
AGREED to vary the
contract for the provision of Hard FM Services with Bellrock
Property & Facilities Management Ltd (Company Number 03075427)
to extend it for a further period of six months from 1 May 2025 to
30 November 2025.

 

3.   
AGREED the estimated
overall total associated costs of £2,025,840
(£2,431,008 including VAT).

 
4.   
APPROVED a delegation
to the Executive Director of Housing and Social Investment,
following consultation with the Lead Member, to agree further
variation of the contract for the provision of Hard FM Services
with Bellrock Property & Facilities Management Ltd as may be
necessary to implement changes to the level of services as outlined
in this report.
