Purpose

Approval is sought for a direct award from 1 April 2025 –
31st March 2028 to ensure continuity of
service. Healthworks Enables is a service of health and
wellbeing activities, delivered to residents of RBKC, but strongly
targeted to people from Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME)
Communities.
 

Decision

 
The
Executive Director of Adult Social Care and Public Health:

 
1.                
APPROVED the award of the contract for the provision
of Healthworks Enables to Dalgarno Trust (company number 05093320)
for two years and five months with an optional extension of one
year, starting from 1st May 2025, for a total contract value of
£495,416.67.

 
2.                
APPROVED a one-month extension to the current
contract for the provision of Healthworks Enables to Dalgarno Trust
(company number 05093320), from 1st April 2025 to 30th April
2025for a value of £12,084.
