Purpose

A contract award after a
compliant tender process to appoint a contractor to undertake the
supply and installation of replacement windows at Avondale Park
Primary School.

Decision

The
Executive Director AGREED to:

Approve the award of the
contract via a direct call-off under Fusion 21 - Refurbishment,
Construction, New Build and Modular Buildings Framework: Lot 1
Internal and External Refurbishment (Sub-lot 1B Education), for the
replacement of single glazed windows and doors with double glazed
units at Avondale Primary School to Mulalley and Company Limited
(Company No. 01534913), at a total contract value of £1,341,732.52
excluding VAT (£1,610,079.02 including VAT) for a
proposed period of 38 weeks, with an option to extend by up to 10
additional weeks, commencing on 27th  October 2025.
Approve
the contingency provisions set out in the exempt (Part B) Appendix
One.
