Purpose

The Council is looking to procure
a new three-year call off contract with Agilisys Ltd with
additional two one-year extension options (3+1+1). The existing
contract expires in November 2025 and the Council needs to have a
new contract in place to ensure that there is no disruption to
service delivery for the provision and management of IT service
desk.

Decision

The Lead Member for
Finance, Digital, and Efficiency following
endorsement by the Commercial Assurance Panel,

1.   
Approved the procurement strategy to use the Crown
Commercial Services (CCS) -Technology Services 3 Framework RM6100,
Lot 3B Operational Services - Operational Management to directly
award the call-off contract for the provision and management of the
IT service desk for the period of three years, with an option to
extend for two periods of one year each.

2.   
Approved the direct award of the
call-off contract for the provision and management of the IT
service desk to Agilisys Ltd for three years with two optional
extensions of one year each, for a total estimated contract value
of £1,558,000 Exc VAT (£1,869,600 Inc. VAT). The
contract commencement date is 16 November 2025.

3.   
Approved the delegation to approve the contract
extension decisions to Chief Digital Information Officer, following
consultation with the Executive Director of Resources.
